The farmhouse
It is a 15th century country villa. Our guests will be able to walk on the original terracotta floors and rest under ceilings with exposed wooden beams. On the first floor there is the Fireplace Room where guests love to relax and enjoy the pleasure of conversation and a good wine.
The restaurant is located on the veranda with large windows and fireplace and outside there is the patio and the large swimming pool.
The rooms
Originality and comfort
The eight rooms have been renovated, each maintaining its own personality, to make our guests feel at home.
The furnishings of the rooms are in country chic style with furniture that we can define as unique pieces of a tradition that represents our peasant culture.
There is no shortage of twenty-first century comforts:

* Minibar with selection of Umbrian drinks
* Hygiene and personal care products
* PC safe
* Air conditioning or fan (in naturally cool rooms)
The Timo rooms, on the ground floor, Tiglio and Valeriana, on the first floor, are our double rooms.
A separate mention for the Angelica room: located in an almost private area, it is a spacious double room with large panoramic windows.
Opposite the Angelica room is the Arnica room, created in the “dovecote” turret which is accessed via some steps.
The Genziana rooms, on the ground floor, and Lavanda, on the first floor, are our rooms with a double bed and a modern single or double bunk sofa bed and can accommodate up to to four people.
The Camomilla room, on the ground floor, is our master bedroom and can accommodate up to four people. Special features include the fireplace in the room and direct access to the outdoor patio.
The Family Room
Le due unità, Angelica e Arnica, insieme creano una confortevole Family Room per ospitare famiglie o coppie di amici, fino a cinque persone; soluzione molto apprezzata dai nostri ospiti, considerando che si tratta di una zona dell’agriturismo che garantisce privacy assoluta.
Pets are welcome at La Maestà with the only restriction regarding the restaurant and swimming pool area; they can instead access the rest of the structure, provided they are accompanied on a leash and cannot remain unattended in the room. Please note that there is a supplement for extra final cleaning and that their presence must be reported at the time of booking.
A particularity of the building are the thick walls which maintain a pleasant and, above all, natural temperature even in the hottest periods.
Some rooms on the ground floor are suitable for guests with reduced mobility. In particular, the Camomilla master bedroom has an entrance from the outside and, crossing the external patio, you arrive directly at the car park.
The building has been recently renovated and is subject to restrictions by the Archaeological Superintendence, Fine Arts and Landscape of Umbria, as it is rich in architectural and landscape details of notable interest and beauty.
The manor house
The farm also includes Villa Teresa, the manor house from the 1600s, also maintained as it was originally and currently inhabited by our family. In the area of the manor house, there are also the cellar and the small church, which can also be visited on request.
Extra virgin oil

The company was born 25 years ago from the passion and tenacity of our parents Daria and Aldo and we dedicated our 100% Moraiolo cultivar extra virgin olive oil to them.
We produce wine, extra virgin olive oil, honey, vegetables and baked treats.
