The dishes are those of the Umbrian tradition with an eye to modern culinary arts. You can feel it in the aromas that precede the dishes, in the gestures and ingredients of a simple but rich and evocative conviviality, which tells a story of centuries: the soul of Umbria that becomes flavour.
The restaurant room is located on the veranda with large windows overlooking the garden and a fireplace. In good weather, you can dine outdoors on the patio, in front of the barbecue.

Our kitchen

Many of the processes are done in-house, as they used to be, to help you rediscover the true flavors of good food. We make the breads and pasta ourselves. On the menu you will find dishes for vegetarians.

The raw materials

The ingredients come from our company or we choose them from the best producers in our region.

Our suppliers are Umbrian and the products are selected by us.
