E-bike Tour along the Fascia Olivata Assisi–Spoleto
A half-day e-bike tour, ideal for couples or small groups (4–6 people), to discover one of Umbria’s most iconic landscapes: the Fascia Olivata (Olive Belt) Assisi–Spoleto, a territory renowned for its extraordinary olive-growing tradition and breathtaking scenery where nature, history, and culture come together.
The route winds through panoramic trails, gravel roads, and medieval villages, passing through some of the most charming places in the valley such as Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, and Assisi. Surrounded by ancient olive groves, rolling hills, and views over the Umbrian Valley, the ride becomes a slow and evocative journey into the heart of Umbria.

E-bike Minitour – From Carpello to the Abbey of Sassovivo
A fascinating e-bike minitour through nature, history, and Umbrian landscapes, perfect for those who wish to discover one of the most evocative places near Foligno. The tour starts from Agriturismo La Maestà, located in the quiet hamlet of Carpello. From here, the route follows country roads and woodland paths climbing the slopes of Mount Aguzzo, offering panoramic views over the valley.
After a pleasant ride, you reach the Abbey of Santa Croce di Sassovivo, an ancient Benedictine complex nestled within a centuries-old holm oak forest. The heart of the abbey is its famous 13th-century Romanesque cloister, an extraordinary example of medieval art featuring 128 elegant twin columns crafted by Roman marble masters of the Vassalletto workshop.
The experience lasts about two hours: in the morning, the tour can be enriched with a picnic immersed in nature, while in the late afternoon it turns into a relaxing moment with an aperitif by the pool at the agriturismo.
Pasta Class with Chef Ledy

Alongside Chef Ledy, you will be guided through an exclusive experience dedicated to the art of handmade pasta, rediscovering authentic flavors and traditional Umbrian techniques passed down through generations, using flour, fresh eggs, and a great deal of passion.
At the end of the lesson, which lasts about two hours, you will enjoy the dishes you have prepared in a warm and convivial atmosphere. Classes take place in small groups (minimum 2 people) to ensure an intimate and engaging experience, and we provide everything you need to participate.
